PRODUCT WARRANTY

A warranty of at least one year is included and varies based on the product configuration purchased. During the warranty period you receive:

  • Free Software Upgrades – You will always have the latest and greatest. No clubs to join or monthly dues – you’re in! (hardware upgrades excluded)
  • SOS (Support On-Site) – Receive remote support from our hardware, software, clinical and laboratory experts.
  • On-site Preventive Maintenance – Support offering is available based on product configuration and provided by certified Henry Schein Technicians.
